This oak framed house had severe decay in the upper portion of the oak frame and needed our swift attention.
This was a major undertaking and required us to raise the roof of the house whist we removed the walls and floors for repair and restoring. This was an extensive oak restoration project that involved us replacing and restoring the jetty sections, floor and dragon beams, wall plates and walls all whist keeping the house safe as the occupants of the house continued to live there throughout the work.
We are now involved in the early stages of a new project to construct a new oak framed building for this client now that we have completed the restoration of their home.
