Each one of our oak framed houses is built from the ground up using the best quality oak and traditional hand crafted methods.

We can build your dream home from either your own plans or from one of our models.

If you chose to use one of our models as the starting point or "catalyst" for your thought processes, we will then sit down with you and discuss how we can modify it to make it unique to suit your needs.

Since we do not use modular "flat pack" kit frames like many other companies, each oak house will be built on site from the ground up.

The Haskett is a traditional English Wealden Hall House. This is a faithful reproduction of houses that were built in the weald of Kent and Sussex from 1370 to 1510 but with all the convenience and comfort you would expect in a modern home.

Maple Tree Cottage is an elegantly designed, four bedroomed house which is based upon the houses built in and around the mid 15th century. It is the archetypal large English country cottage.

Lime Tree Cottage is based upon a traditional three bay single storey hall house with a floor inserted to allow for extra living space.
